Ordering products

How do I order?
Just below the product picture on each page is a dropdown menu for selecting the size of product (where applicable). Once you have made your selection, click the button "Add to cart". Then you can continue to browse the site by selecting the "continue shopping" box or if you are ready to make your purchase, click on "check out", which will take you to the "account login" page. We use these details only to improve your shopping experience and not to put you on a mailing or email list. The next page asks for method of payment and once this is completed and your details accepted then you will be sent a confirmation email and your order processed and sent to you. Our aim is to send orders within 24hrs of receipt. If you have not had a confirmation within 24 hours please contact us on the contacts link at the top of each page.

Is my order secure?
Yes. We use COMODO encryption software to ensure the security of your details. For further details see our "site security" page.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You should allow 5-10 working days for your ordered products to arrive.

Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in the world.

Is postage & packaging charged?
A flat rate of USD15.00 p&p is charged on all orders. This is added automatically to the total purchase.

Can I contact you?
Click on the link at the left of this page under "Information" and use the form provided to email us. Phone/fax numbers and mailing address can also be found on the contact page and we have an answer phone for use outside office hours. Overseas customers please remember to dial international first and to also note the time difference. Our office hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and excluding public holidays.

What is "Beewild"?
"Beewild" is the brand name for a range of products produced and marketed by Davidsons Apiaries Ltd, our family owned beekeeping business that produces a number of unique health care products from its own beehives, an increasing proportion of which are organic.

What is "Apis Mellifera"?
"Apis Mellifera" is the Latin name for the honeybee and is the brand name for our range of skin and hair care products.

The Products

Acne treatment - Apis Mellifera Facial Beauty Treatment

Will it help my acne?
The facial cream is used successfully by teenagers for acne problems. The consistency of the cream does not clog pores and lead to further problems.

Will it do anything else for me?
The facial cream can be used on other blemishes like sun spots, age spots and dry patches. Fine lines and wrinkles can be reduced also.

Is it perfumed?
No. Many people are sensitive to perfumes which can cause allergic reactions.

Are there any side-effects?
No. Some users find their face warms up and their cheek color is heightened. This is due to the active ingredients in the cream stimulating the blood flow.

Is it a moisturiser?
Yes. The facial cream contains jojoba oil and is great as a night moisturiser. As it also contains the two natural beehive extracts in the other Apis Mellifera products it is excellent when used by day to protect your face from the effects of makeup.

Arthritis food - Pollenaze

What is it?
Pollenaze is a unique combination of Apis Biopollen and pure New Zealand honey which is carefully blended together to give a concentrated natural food bursting with goodness and vitality.

Is the pollen easily digested?
The pollen has been treated so that the contents of the pollen granules have been made freely available. When taking normal pollen those contents are not easily digested.

How is it taken?
It is in the form of creamed honey. It can be taken off a teaspoon or spread on bread or toast. Two teaspoons daily is the recommended amount.

What is it used for?
Pollenaze is great for giving you a general boost. If you are tired, run down, stressed or under pressure it can give you the boost you need to cope. It is also helpful for those involved in sport, and aids concentration and memory.

How does it help arthritis?
If you have sore joints it can help to relieve the pain. Users also claim it helps with mobility of joints.

What about children?
It is great for all ages, and children love it on toast or in sandwiches. Pollenaze has all the vitamins and minerals the child may be missing, and helps to build up the immune system. Pollenaze can help reduce hyperactivity. It levels the child out, helping them to feel calm and more able to cope. For children with ADD it helps with the attention span, enabling them to concentrate better at school.

I have allergies - will it affect me?
Hundreds of hayfever and asthma sufferers take Pollenaze with no adverse effects. They have started on half a teaspoon daily, gradually building up to the recommended dose over time.
If you are unsure how it will affect you, check with your health professional first.

I am a diabetic - can I use this product?
We have numerous diabetics taking Pollenaze with no effect on their diabetes. Most build up slowly to two teaspoons a day. You should monitor your blood sugar. Most users find that no change has occurred in their sugar levels.
